The Cronulla Junior Rugby League (Cronulla JRL) has aligned its brand with that of the Cronulla Sharks. After recently signing a new 2 year memorandum of understanding, both entities will work closer than ever to support and grow rugby league in the Sutherland Shire.
The new look Cronulla JRL logo which is a very close variation of the logo used by the Cronulla Sharks was intentionally designed this way to communicate the close affiliation between our junior rugby league and our local NRL club.
In addition to the new brand which will be incorporated into marketing material and new member club jerseys from 2021, the Cronulla JRL is also pleased to announce the appointment of its first full-time General Manager.
On the 4th January 2021, Michael Hanratty who previously held a Game Development Officer position with the NRL will officially commence in this role. This role will be responsible for the day to day management of our Junior Rugby League under guidance from the executive board.
We welcome Michael to the Cronulla JRL team in 2021 in what we all hope will be another successful and hopefully less interrupted season.
